~ No Bars , Only Chocolate Bars ~















Ingredients are given below :

INGREDIENTS 

  1. Dark Chocolate 
  2. Condense Milk (optional)
  3. Fresh Cream 
  4. Biscuit powder
  5. Butter
  6. Roasted Nuts ( cashew, almonds , walnut ) 

METHODS :

  1. In a mixing bowl place biscuit powder and melted butter . Mix it
  2. Mix it until you get a smooth dough.
  3. In another bowl place pieces of dark chocolate and pour warm cream into it. Wait for a minute
  4. Stir well until the chocolate melts completely. You can add condense milk now or you can skip.
  5. Take a springform pan ,  grease the pan with melted butter.
  6. Spread the dough mixture into the greased pan and press with the back of a spoon to make a smooth surface ( this is the base of the bars ).
  7. Place nuts of your choice ( cashew , pistachios , walnuts , almonds ) on top of it.
  8. And now, pour the melted chocolate into it. Refrigerate for 6 hours
  9. Cut them into any shape you like and serve them.
NOTE:
 1. I have used Amul's Dark chocolate (100g) and therefore i skipped the step of adding condense milk to it. But if you are using dark chocolate compound then please use condense milk to it.
