~ Sweet made with Cottage Cheese ~

Bengali Sweets are world famous , be it rosogolla  or be it lal mohan. You can't just say no to this. If you say 'No' you will definitely regret 😔.
So, today i am going to share a very popular dish made with fresh cottage cheese. Chanar Jelepi or Jalebi , channa means cottage cheese. A very interesting thing about Bengali sweets are that they are basically made with cottage cheese, mostly. But due to their method of making or pattern of sweets are different , so their name changes accordingly. Like in this dish the sweet is of twisted pattern so it is called jelepi or chena r jelepi.
I hope you will enjoy making it  😉..
