There is no one as fond of sweets as Bengalis are 😀. We celebrate every occasion with a bite of sweets. It has a reason , because with every celebrate we may keep it as a sweet memeory.

Ingredients are given below :
INGREDIENTS :
1. Chena or Fresh Paneer ( Cottage cheese) - 250 gm -300 gm
2. 1 tsp of Cocoa Powder
3. Sugar Powder - 4 to 5 tsp
4. Pistachio ( for garnish)
For Ganache : (optional)
1. Warm milk -3 tsp
2. Dark Chocolate - 6 - 7 pieces
3.Butter - 1 tsp
METHODS :
1. In a blender or in a grinder , add chenna or fresh cottage cheese , cocoa powder , powdered sugar and blend it out, till the mixture becomes a smooth paste.
2. Add this mixture into the thick frying pan.
3. Stir and mix nicely in a low flame till the mixture changes its color to dark .
4. Now, take the mixture into the bowl and leave them for a min to cool.
5.After it completely gets cool down , knead the mixture
6. Make small size ball and design them by pressing your thumb.
7.You can garnish it with pistachio or any nuts of your choice
8. Now you can serve them or you can refrigerate and eat them later :)
9. If you want to topped up with ganache, you need to warm the milk and add dark chocolate pieces and butter. And leave them for a minute.
10. Now, stir the ganache mixture , a thick form of mixture you will get.
11.Now, put the ganache mixture in each of the sandesh ball and garnish it with nuts of your choice, raisins , pistachios etc.
12. Refrigerate the balls for a hour and serve them later.
NOTE :
1. Please use freshly prepared chena or cottage cheese or fresh panner.
2. You can skip the ganache step. Not required . I simply added to give a shiny look to the balls
